Born and raised in Philadelphia, Bill moved
West to pursue a career in the cartooning and
animation world as both an artist and writer.
Bill has provided material for syndicated comic
strips, print comic books, cartoon magazines,
cartoon shorts and animated specials.
Bill has been writing and drawing professionally
for nearly thirty years primarily as a story artist in
the animation industry. Bill spent twelve of those
years with DreamWorks Animation. Bill's credits are vast and varied include TV and feature productions such as Garfield and Friends, Simpsons, Spiderman, Family Guy and King of the Hill, Kung Fu Panda, Over the Hedge, Monsters vs. Aliens, Penguins of Madagascar and Home. Bill lives in Westlake Village, CA with his wife Annie and Bill especially likes to refer to himself in the third person, Bill does.
